Sarasota is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sarasota follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

If you are looking for organic, local produce in Manatee County, Blumenberry Farms is your spot. 1. Buy a farm membership — you’ll get priority crop selection 2. Order weekly from their website 3. Pick up your vegetables from a list of convenient pick up locations As a farm member, you also get a tour of the farm by the farm manager and grower, Aaron. Aaron is an awesome guy with a wealth of knowledge.

Just joined the CSA a couple weeks ago and have been very happy. Love that there is a checklist you can choose from or have the farm pick for you. It provides exposure to a lot of vegetables you normally wouldn't look at and a grocery store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you like fresh, healthy vegetables 🍆.

Fresh from the ground, organic vegetables plus more from locals. I can eat healthy food and support locals instead of big corporations.
